Did you know that you can purchase additional time for training? This is useful if you would prefer your server to know your menu or table plan before they arrive. 

Our waiters and waitresses have a valid food hygiene certificate and are up to date with common food allergies. All our waiting staff have a minimum of 3 years experience.

Waitress – £15.00 per hour

Waiter / Waitress (Private Events) – £22 per hour

Host – £14.00 per hour

Event Designer – £25.00 per hour

You can book as often as you like. If you need to book a temp for more than one day you can make multiple separate bookings or you can contact us for a faster booking experience

For some of our bookings there is a £25 booking fee. The booking fee is  your deposit and will be deducted from the total amount due after you have received the service. 

You will receive an invoice shortly after you have made a booking. 

The invoice must be paid within 14 days from the date of the booking. 

You can pay your invoice by bank transfer or by credit or debit card.

You can hire casual temp using our online booking system for up to 4 hours before you need them. If you want to make a short-notice booking with less than 4 hours notice you will need to call us.

 

If your temp arrives late for the shift you will only be charged from the start of the time your temp arrives. The staffs members time of arrival may need to be updated on the app. 

Our staff are all self employed, they use our platform to accept bookings for hospitality support staff. 

They come to your venue at your chosen time and day and provide you with temp hospitality support.

Yes! There’s a couple of things that you should know that will make things smoother. 

Your temp must be paid for the full amount of time you booked them for.

 

This means if you book a temp from 11am till 11pm then they must be paid for the full 12 hours. 

If you finish earlier than anticipated or are not as busy as expected your temp still needs to be payed for the full duration of the booking. 

 

If your booking was confirmed to finish at 10pm and you then realise you want the temp to stay longer. This will be the temps choice to choose if they will stay. If your temp agrees to work after the booking has ended you will need to update this on the app. You will be charged for any additional hours your temp works at the same hourly rate.
